Are there any good videos from where I can learn how to change the car tires on my ownHow to change the tires in a car?
NO. Can only be done by tyre specialists and very expensive tools and machines. How to change the tires in a car?
Changing a flat tire is a good thing to learn. However, there's more to it than you may think. Start by reading your car's owner's manual where it shows the correct placement of the jack that came with your vehicle. First you need to practice simply jacking up one wheel of the car so it's about 1 inch off the ground. You'll need to carry some wheel ';chocks'; in the trunk, especially if the vehicle is on a hill.
you need special equipment to change the tyre or do u mean change the wheel if you get a flat if so loosen the wheel nuts a few turns then jack up the car on the chaise just enough for the wheel to clear the ground take the studs or nuts rite off change the wheel lower the car re tighten the nuts studs job done
You need a tire changer to do it.
Harborfreight.com (search for tire on their site) has a manual changer that handles up to 16'; tires for $50 or an air operated model for $1500.
You would still have to balance the tires on the rim though unless you plan to try to do this manually. I haven't seen someone try to balance their own tires since the 1970s.
I wouldn't bother with any of this. Most of a tire shop bill is the tires themselves and you'll end up taking ALL DAY doing this yourself just to save the labor portion. If you're just trying to save some cash, you can call around and see what kind of discount you can get if you bring in the existing loose tires/rims yourself and drop them off so they don't have to lift the car, remove and mount. If been given $20 off for doing that.
Don't try it, you will get hurt
