Got my tires changed today, but still need to get them aligned.?

Is it unsafe to drive my car for 300 miles before I get them aligned next week? How much wear would 300 miles cause on my tires?Got my tires changed today, but still need to get them aligned.?
How were tires ';worn '; before? If just plain worn out after a good long period of use (miles). If they just wore out ';normally'; then you might not even need alignment! Changing tires does not change alignment..

Yes it is good to have it checked, and yes if is really out of alignment, it will wear tires out prematurely!

So question would be answered by just how badly tires were worn -- from normal wear pattern. If one or more tires was worn out on one side, but not the other then that wheel is out of alignment,-- note that one may be fine --but not the other! There are also other things in suspension that can cause tire wear, -- so you could end up with more than just alignment when you go in!

In essence it may not wear appreciably -- or not at all depending on how close alignment is!Got my tires changed today, but still need to get them aligned.?
Minimal. 300 is fine unless your car pulls hard to one side.
Yes this is a good thing to do. You just spent good money on your tires and you should do the front end to make sure it is true. If it is not true your new tires will only handle like new for a short time.
A bad alignment can do serious damage in a short time. 60 bucks compared to a couple hundred to replace damaged tires early.
next time go to a place where aligning is part of the deal when buying tyres
did your old wear uneven ? 300 miles wont wear alot on your tires

but get an alignment as quick as you can to save wear on your tires

alignment %26amp; rotate %26amp; air pressure will make your tires last longer

alignment tec 10 years
if your last set of tires wore out evenly then you don't need an alignment... if you do get it done as soon as you can...every time you buy tires they will try to sell you an alignment it is not always necessary
