How to change 3-speed KIA Sandpiper Bicycle tires?

Hello, I was wondering you you change the back tire for a 3-speed KIA Sandpiper bicycle. Thank you :).How to change 3-speed KIA Sandpiper Bicycle tires?
I am pretty sure that the Sandpiper has a Shimano 3.3.3 rear hub.

1) Look at the cable near the hub. You'll see a long skinny barrel that attaches to the bell crank- the piece attached to the axle. Unscrew the barrel from the bell crank.

2) Using a wrench, unscrew the bell crank from the axle, counting the number of turns it took to remove it. You'll expose a rod that is in the axle. Remove the rod.

3) Loosen the axle nuts and replace the tire/tube as usual.

4) Place the rear wheel back in place making sure to properly tension the chain. Make sure the axle nuts are tight.

5) Replace the rod and the bell crank. Be sure to screw the bell crank on the same number of turns that it took to remove it. If there was a locknut make sure it is tight.

6) Place the shifter in ';2'; or ';N'; position. Screw the barrel back onto the bell crank... look in the little window on the bell crank until you see the alignment marks appear in it. It will probably look like a circle and a line.

Done!
