Should I change my tires (1993, 36k miles)?

This is on my RV that has a total of 6 tires, I had 2 flats on the same 8 hour trip. They didn't explode, just the main rubber layer was stripped off. Bad luck or tires are all about to burst? How many miles can normal tires go through usually? How many years before weather worn the tires (California)?Should I change my tires (1993, 36k miles)?
The tires are from 1993 or just the RV?

If the tires are more than 10 years old I would recommend replacing them. Tread seperation without evidence of a puncture is a strong indicator of age related failure. Should I change my tires (1993, 36k miles)?
they say an average tired should last for around 10000 miles so that should help
a tire can withstand the weather for about 3 years. after that it gets dried out and should be changed regardless of how much tread is on it.
ya sure the tires get old by the time, and if u want to drive in freeway u should 100% change it
My sister is a mechanic and says you should change your tires when you try to stick a quarter in the tread and it won't stand up. If you can see wires you should probably deff. change them anyway. And if they look dull without any tread at all.
