hey im thinking about getting a job at precision auto tune and i have absolutely no idea how to do anything that they do (oil change, tire change, or anything else). if i go there will they teach me everything and is it easyQuestion for anyone who has worked in a auto shop (midas, les schwab, etc.)?
LOLLOLLOL-IS IT EASY?ive been doing this job for over 35 years and no its not easy.no they will not teach you everything you need to know.do you have any tools?most techs will not loan their tools out even to other employees.my tools are to make me money not you.i have a rule in my shop,if you use something of mine twice ok,if you use it the third time you need it so buy it.you are going to spend allot of money on tools.good luck.do you have any knowledge of cars and how they work?have you ever changed your own oil?ever changed your flat tire?if the answer is no,i hope you have a patient person to teach you.
